When you book your Simplicity Med Spa service appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you are running late it also impacts our other clients and staff schedules.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hour prior to scheduled services will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 100% of your prepaid reservation hold equaling $50.00, minus free consultations.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee can apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. A $50.00 reservation fee will be charged to your card on file to reserve your reservation.The reservation fee will be applied to your scheduled service.

 

 

Things come up, we get it. In the event of an unavoidable schedule conflict, your cancellation fee may be applied to your services.
